I’ve added 20 new open source templates at and ODT printables to both LibreOfficeTemplates.net and OpenOfficeTemplates.com. This batch has a great mix of medical, employment, expense, and school-related forms.
The new work forms cover a lot of ground. There are a few fax cover sheets, as well as resumes for internal promotions, scholarships, and applications. For HR, there’s a 2016 calendar, a payroll form, and mileage reimbursement templates.
There are also health templates that include a massage patient intake form and a week-long exercise log. You can also find miscellaneous forms such as a driving log, rent receipts, bid forms, and a preschool diploma certificate.
All of the templates at OpenOfficeTemplates.com and LibreOfficeTemplates.net are free to download, edit, and print as an ODT file. The 92 templates can be found in their DOC formats at various FreePrintable.net websites.
