If you’ve ever worked in the service industry, or caught a few shifts as a full-time student, you’ll enjoy my new batch of printable time cards at PrintableTimeCards.com
Students involved in work study programs know that universities hire a lot of people to work for just a term at a time. The new school time cards make it easy for the university or student to keep track of shifts and work hours based on a quarter or semester system.
The tricky part of retail and restaurant work is getting all of the employees enough hours in a week without overscheduling. I worked out a system with my new weekly time cards. Employers can post them at the beginning of the week and write in each employee’s name in a color-coded shift. The charts are colorful and easy-to read, and are based around afternoon and evening shifts.
PrintableTimeCards.com has 67 time cards for freelance, business, and project purposes. The PDF version can be printed out and written on, but the XLS has extra features for only $7. With Microsoft Excel, the XLS version will automatically calculate hours, breaks, wages, taxes and more. It is the sister site of PrintableTimeSheets.net, which has daily, weekly, and monthly time sheets for any purpose.
