Christmas Printables Roundup

Christmas shouldn’t feel as stressful as it often does; it should be festive and fun. Fortunately, the FreePrintable.net websites have a lot of printables that cut down on planning and correspondence stress while adding seasonal cheer. From letters from Santa to gift certificates to holiday greeting cards, everything is free and easy to print from a home computer.

If you’re a parent of small children, SantaPrintables.com should be your first stop during the Christmas season. With the colorful, fully-illustrated letter templates and samples from Santa, Mrs. Claus, the reindeer and the “magic elf” on the shelf, you can help provide your child with a personal correspondence from the North Pole. Each letter has a topic, and the categories range from religious themes to answering questions to assuaging fears. The site also includes Christmas Bingo and other holiday games, as well as Christmas greeting cards to send to friends and family.

Between SantaPrintables.com and FreePrintableCertificates.net, there are also ways to encourage good behavior in children throughout the season. The latter has Christmas certificates that can be awarded to kids based on if they’re “Nice” or “Naughty.” There’s even one for Lump of Coal—that’s one way to make a point!

I’ve introduced a new site this year called PrintableGiftCards.net. With dozens of decorated gift cards and mini certificates, it’s the perfect way to provide a personalized monetary gift, or to offer IOUs, chores, and romantic favors. Some are even illustrated with Christmas trees and wrapped presents. They’d fit nicely inside of any of the 50 Christmas cards at FreePrintableGreetingCards.net, which are all decorated with pictures of angels, Santas, wreaths, gifts, and more.

Since the holidays are a fun time for kids, I have plenty of templates for teachers to use. These include Santa, penguin, snowman, and other Christmas dot-to-dot pages at DotToDots.net, and nearly 100 variations of Christmas coloring pages at FreePrintableColoringPages.net. Finally, FreeWritingPrompts.net has Christmas writing prompts for essays and creative holiday fiction.

If you’re sending out a Christmas newsletter this year, consider the Christmas letterhead designs at FreeLetterHeadTemplates.net, the holiday stationery at FreePrintableStationery.net or the 33 new snowflake borders at PageBorders.net. Ribbons, wreaths, ornaments, and snow decorate many of them, and they all have festive, wintry colors.

As I said, planning can be a big stress-maker this time of year, so I made sure to address that with the new winter fun and Christmas to-do lists at PrintableToDoList.com, as well as the Christmas grocery list and menu planner at FreePrintableGroceryList.com (there’s also one for Hanukkah!). If you’re planning a big holiday meal, the Christmas recipe cards at FreePrintableRecipeCards.net are great for taking notes. And you can always keep your recipients straight by attaching the Christmas gift tags from FreePrintableGiftTags.net to your wrapped presents.

All of the Christmas printables are available for free to download and print as a PDF file. Some of them also have an editable DOC version, which can be customized in a word processor for a few dollars each.

Happy Holidays, everyone, and happy printing too!
