Christmas Printables Roundup

by Kay on December 8, 2015

Christmas preparations can be stressful, especially if you find yourself in charge of holiday shopping, the Christmas newsletter, decorating, or throwing a party. Fortunately, the FreePrintable.net websites have hundreds of templates to help take care of the season, and all you need is a home printer.

SantaPrintables.com is one of my sites devoted entirely to Christmas. Santa helpers interested in spreading some magic to kids can take a look at the huge number of letters from Santa, Mrs. Claus, the reindeer and even a Magic Elf. Each one addresses a child’s excitement, fears, requirements, or wishes. Look hard enough and you’ll even find some answers to questions like “How do you fit in through the chimney?” Other templates at the site include an Advent calendar, greeting cards, and mix-and-match games.

If you’re the parent of a small child, though, there are plenty of other sites to find printable gifts or, ah, behavior enhancers. There are several Christmas certificates at FreePrintableCertificates.net for kids who are “Nice” and “Naughty,” and even one for kids who need a “Lump of Coal.” You never know what might keep them in line! There are also awards for best lights and decorations, and gift certificates that can be used as IOUs. Additionally, you can find seasonal art ideas with the 80+ Christmas coloring pages of stockings, presents, reindeer, cookies and more at FreePrintableColoringPages.net. Finally, FreeWritingPrompts.net has Christmas writing prompts for crafting essays or short stories with any age group.

Christmas stationery is a multipurpose product, with Santa Claus letterhead at FreeLetterHeadTemplates.net that’s perfect for memos or invitations; ornament, presents, and Elf stationery at FreePrintableStationery.net that’s great for newsletters and thank you notes; and snowflake and candy borders at PageBorders.net that are ideal as picture frames for holiday photos.

Whether or not you’re throwing a big party or family meal, you’re probably attending one. Either way, it’s smart to get the Christmas grocery list or menu planner from FreePrintableGroceryList.com. If you’re bringing a dish to share, you can also take one of the Christmas recipe cards from FreePrintableRecipeCards.net that’s decorated with turkey or a Christmas tree. Whatever you show up with, make sure you’ve got one of the colorful holiday gift tags from FreePrintableGiftTags.net.

All of the printables are available for free as PDF files. They can be easily downloaded and printed from a home computer, then written on with pen or pencil. Customizable DOC files cost a few dollars per printable, and can be typed into directly and edited from a word processor such as Microsoft Word.

Happy Holidays, everyone, and happy printing too!
