There are two dozen new additions to my site FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, making for nearly 500 medical forms, charts, and journals in all.

I’ve added new family planning trackers with decorative titles and colorful grids.

Dental practices can make use of the new medical office forms including a complete periodontal chart, fee estimates, a health history sheet, and a letter template for refusing treatment. For optometry offices, there are new forms including an eye dilation consent form and an ocular health history sheet. Other new forms for health care professionals include: daily and monthly patient censuses, a medical history checklist, and a patient status tracker.

I’ve also added a group of forms designed for medical students on rotation. They are portable, foldable “scutsheets” for keeping track of hospital and surgical patients and their needs.

The Christmas certificates at FreePrintableCertificates.net are great stocking stuffers. There are cute designs for kids and Christmas parties but I’m a big fan of the humorous “lump of coal” or “naughty” and “nice” certificates for older kids or adults.

My website PrintableCashReceipts.com has small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals covered with free printable cash receipts.

I launched this site back in 2008 and it’s now home to 229 blank receipt templates, including the 24 recent new additions.

The new receipts include classic sales slips, complex forms, and receipts for specific businesses. They range from car and house down payment receipts, itemized receipts, security and bank deposit slips, and rent receipts.

For specific businesses, there’s now a contractor receipt, a deli receipt, a holding receipt, music lesson receipts, a refund receipt, a receipt with a barcode, a teacher reimbursement receipt, a textbook loan receipt, and a yearbook receipt.

I’ve also added a sheet of “mini” receipts that would be perfect for eBay or Etsy sellers, craft fairs, and other quick deals. There are new vintage-look receipts as along with numbered receipts with red and blue colors similar to tear-out receipt books.

My business forms website BusinessFormTemplate.com has added to its selection of 1,365 printables. There’s a huge amount of stuff there for home, office, and school, and I just added two dozen more forms, logs, and letters.

The new printables include an array of office forms. There are new logs and sign in sheets along with a conference room reservation form, a conference call log, and an IT help request. An employment form and employment verification letter added to the letter templates.

I’ve also added new registration forms, event and product feedback surveys, hotel forms, RSVPs and reservation forms. The real estate forms and landlord documents categories have expanded too.

BusinessFormTemplate.com also has money-related forms, such as bills of sale and order forms.
