New Complaint Letters

by Kay on February 28, 2014

Crafting a tactful and effective complaint letter is always difficult, but a good response letter can be just as tough. That’s why I have 26 complaint letters, articles, and adjustment letters that make the whole process easier.

If you have no idea where to start with your complaint, consider some of the fill-in-the-blanks complaint letters that provide strong, decisive phrasing. You can fill in your situation and contact information and let the letter do the rest! Otherwise, there are plenty of sample letters that can help guide your own response to any situation. Some incidents that may need a complaint form include a missed appointment, an unfair dismissal, an insurance claim appeal, trespassing, theft, incorrect shipments, billing mistakes, and badly done repairs.

It seems only fair that if I’m going to help people complain, I should help the recipient respond. That’s why I have a standard claim form for businesses who receive numerous complaints, as well as adjustment letters that can help retain a client, fix the problem, and provide some form of compensation.

There are nearly 180 complaints available at ComplaintLetter.net for general, resident and professional reasons. Each template is free to download, edit and print in a word processor, or you can lift the text directly from the website. Some of my other sites that are useful for similar issues include ApologyLetters.net with 150 apology letters, GoodbyeLetters.net with 116 goodbye letters, and CondolenceLetters.net with 117 condolence letters.
